Can I drop them to Madina and come back to India ? Can they stay there for a week without mehram ? I shall go to pick them after a week, however what is ruling of their dwelling there without mehram for a week. 🟨🟨🟨 ANSWER 🟨🟨🟨 وعلیکم السلام If a woman travels a distance that is considered to be travel in Islamic law (i.e., 92 kilometers or more), it is necessary for her to be accompanied by a mahram (a male family member she cannot marry) or her husband. And it is haram (prohibited) to undertake such travel without a mahram or husband. However, if a woman travels with a mahram and stays at a place where her honor and dignity are secure, it is not necessary for the mahram to be with her during the stay at that place.
